Our new construction homes strive to have floor plans that require little-to-no thought. In other words, they flow seamlessly. Even many of our remodels will have this quality to them as best as possible without a full demolition of the home.
Options
Our designers work hard to ensure each house has an appropriate finish, however, there is flexibility to change and update accordingly some of the options in our homes. If you should choose to wish to switch something, our designers can sit down with you to discuss options and what is associated with accomplishing the change.
Versatile Spaces
Several of our homes have rooms that can have multiple purposes. For example, because all of our bedrooms are spacious, an additional bedroom could double as a weight room, office, library and more.
Smooth Sales Process
We have Sales Specialists that can help you throughout the buying process. Our goal is to keep you informed whether you buy a completed home or one that is still under construction. We do provide construction updates should you choose to purchase one as a pre-sale.
